• Apprenticeship scheme outline, finding and supporting them.
• Candidate search, vacancy, recruitment and selection support, including CV screening and preselection. Aimed to save the SME time and effort.
• Internships and graduate recruitment with Aston University and Wolverhampton University.
• Support for CV creation.
• Future skills and upskilling plans that should be coming online in mid-2023.
